Items with an asterisk (*) next to them qualify for a refund if customer is not completely satisfied with my work, all others come with a customer satisfaction guarantee where I will rewrite the work as many times as necessary to make it satisfactory.

Terms of Service: Items not listed for refunds will NOT be refunded, except where required by law or otherwise stated by the writer. The writer reserves the right to refuse service if he deems appropriate. Failure to complete payment within 3 days of commission request will result in a canceled order and will allow the writer to keep any partial payments without refund. Any literature created by the writer will be credited to him unless the client pays a standard fee ($2.00) for a permissions transfer. Failure to comply will result in having service refused to the offender, and legal action where necessary. If client pays for a certain amount of pages, the writer will write until work matches page count. The work may run slightly over the page count; any extra pages created in this way will not be charged to the client. All commissions will be given a rough estimated finish date, which may vary by up to two days without notice, except where a specific deadline is mentioned. Prices are controlled by the writer and are subject to change. Client acknowledges various personal information must be submitted to the writer, and that this information will not be divulged to anyone, personal or commercial, unless done so by the client themselves. If the client pays to have the permissions of the story transferred to them, an official document will be printed and signed by the writer upon receiving payment, and then either given in person or scanned and e-mailed to the client. All commission requests shall be sent via e-mail to the address einar.cheikh@gmail.com and will include the name of the client and the details of the commission. Payments will be made via PayPal, and an invoice will be sent to the client's email address. Payments will not be accepted any other way. Cancellation of the commission request must be made before final payment is made in order to receive a refund. Notice of cancellation sent after the final payment will NOT result in a refund, except where required by law. Terms of Service are subject to change by the writer. By sending a commission request to the writer, client agrees to abide by the terms listed in this document and agrees to submit to any consequences brought by failure to comply.
